What is Guided Career & Life Transitions?
Guided Career & Life Transitions is designed specifically for women like you. Because women statistically transition careers more often than men, and different factors and choices influence their career trajectories, we offer a customized experience to address your unique opportunities and concerns.
By taking time to retreat, reinvent and recharge with a community of like-minded women, you will learn practical strategies to envision possibilities and design your next steps. Whether you are considering a new career, reentering the workforce, or looking to create an encore career, this signature curriculum facilitates deep thinking and strategic action to bring about transformation.
Change can be simple. We can easily change jobs, addresses, or a relationship status. But when we long to discover and express new parts of ourselves, transformation is necessary. Transformation is a deeper experience that involves intentional choices to help define who we want to be, what we aspire to do, and how we navigate our lives. It often requires we let go of what no longer serves us and boldly step into the unknown to discover new roles and identities.
At RRR, we promise to give you the tools to do the internal work that leads to external transformation.

Why should I enroll?
2020 and 2021 have been challenging years, and the data confirms that many women’s careers and leadership opportunities have been negatively impacted by the pandemic. Many women now find themselves at a crossroads deciding how to move forward.
Even in the best of times, it can be difficult to step out of the fray to give the time and attention your next steps deserve. Guided Career & Life Transitions helps you by providing a structure to dedicate an hour or two a week to building your future.
We know from research that women are less likely to invest in themselves. However, without the investment of focused attention and intention, it is nearly impossible to create the lives we hope to lead. This course provides a process to help you avoid stagnation, move through ambiguity, and take action.
This program really helped me to see transition as a normal and productive part of any career lifecycle. I feel energized and excited by the possibilities in front of me now, rather than feeling somewhat frustrated to be transitioning again at this point in my life. I feel like I am on an exciting adventure, and I now have a great set of tools to help me on the journey! – Jennifer Seigle, USA

Why now?
“The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity.” - Amelia Earhart
It’s easy to put off a decision to act, especially when considering upcoming transitions. We often place the demands of family, work, and friends in front of strategic planning time that can significantly impact our next steps.
But there is power in now. Power in taking the time to imagine what we want the next phase of our lives to look like. Power in questioning what we want to be doing, who we want to be impacting, and how we want to move through your days. Power in putting goals in place to create authentic paths forward.
If you are hungry to learn and eager to take action, we invite you to join us.
Guided Career & Life Transitions is helpful for any stage of transition. Whether you are embarking on a change next week or next year, the course provides structure, feedback, and the opportunity to address fears and hindrances so that by the end, I felt free and excited! - Marcia Toll, USA
