When do programs commence?
The Guided Transitions program is typically offered on-line every six weeks.
BASE Camp for Women Leaders runs once a quarter and is delivered on-line over four months.
Future Workforce Skills is scheduled to launch on-line in late 2020.
How do I participate?
To register for a program, click the register link on the Programs page or contact us at maureen@retreatreinventrecharge.com for more information.
Once registered, you'll receive full instructions for participating. The on-line courses will be conducted with Zoom conferencing technology. You will receive conference meeting room links directly from us. Visit https://zoom.us to learn more about accessing Zoom. Course materials will he hosted on Canvas, an easy-to-navigate learning platform.
What are the program fees?
There are three programs. Each program has different offerings and fees. Please visit the Programs page on this website for more details.
What are the refund & payment terms?
All payments are due one week prior to the workshop commencement and are paid through PayPal (or directly to a partnering organization if you’ve signed up through a third party).
RRR programs are interactive, and we allocate resources to ensure a highly personalized service. As a result, refunds are only provided prior to the commencement of the program. If your situation changes during the course, we will happily arrange for you to attend a future class.
What are the sizes of the classes?
The on-line Guided Transitions and Future Workforce Skills classes are capped at a maximum of 50 participants. The on-line BASE Camp for Women Leaders classes are capped at a maximum of 30 participants.
What resources are provided?
Evidence-based diagnostic tools, inventories/assessments, reflection exercises, electronic resource books and bibliographies are all included in our programs. Participants have access to all webinar recordings for up to three months following the course. All course resources will be housed on Canvas, an easy-to-navigate on-line learning platform.
